I did Regis, but I can accept the fact that Dungey blew the start, ate 10 dump truck loads of sand and had no shot of winning the moto.

No excuses needed. Roll-offs and a better start tomorrow and he's in it to win it!

IT looks like the other Italian running the 46 is using up all the bad luck leaving Cairoli free to race Smile . Rossi went down during GP Qualifying

With a little luck Holland might end up the podium tommorrow. Now let's see what Coldenhoff does in MX2!
Glenn will probably be even stronger than Marc. I expect him to fight for the podium

HAR!!!

@BROtocross Having ridden sand motos without goggles, I can say from an expert perspective that Dungey's eyes look more baked than all of Amsterdam

Yes I agree. I dont mean to be disrespectful, he is a very good rider, maybe best coming tomorrow, but we will never know what would happen without google problems, Bobryshev was coming back pretty strong, and Paulin too.

I was thinking the same thing except it probably lasted up until Nagl got him. No tearoffs for go-pro.

i see the same happening again tomorrow, i dont think he will get any where near Cairoli
Yeah,I don't know....
Tony is godly at Lommel.
But hopefully Dungey can turn it up a couple notches tomorrow.
In MX1/M3 tomorrow....Tony vs Herlings should be good also.
I hope by that race Dungey will have some race time under his belt and at least be 3rd or even challenge them for a bit.

Should be interesting to see how it turns out.
USA isn't in for a easy win as a team....like some seem to think.
They will have to work/ride hard for a team victory.

Track still looks ok for now, way more laps put down tomorrow though, the last Moto is gonna be brutal!

Can't wait for Cairoli and Herlings to go at it Woohoo

Say what you want, but I am personally waiting for individual race wins. If USA team wins with mediocre scores, I am not impressed, if Cairoli wins Dungey, I dont care if it is a team race or no, If you get beat on a track thats it, no excuses. Like now, quali doesent mean s*it, but Cairoli owned everyone, if you think goggles or tactics affected that, well, think that if it makes you feel better!
so does that make him the best rider? im confussed at the point you are trying to make. Cairoli has been beat many times before. Should we have sent Villopoto over to really show off again? my my how quickly you forget about the 1 and 2 finish last year. Cool

Looked like Dungey was just a little to timid through the first few turns. Kinda been his deal all year long.

Had his goggles not been lost, Dungey would have probably been third. Still way off the pace, but remember all the times this year he wasn't fastest in practice and then was easily fastest when it mattered. This, to him, was practice.
You're underestimating Desalle. The guy behind him can be twice as fast but it still is a pain to pass the Panda. Smile

I don't get the intro movie...all they show is bricks, old tarts and a vacation resort with a dirty puddle next to it.

Yes, last year in the last race Villo and Dung were best, in the first and second race no. Herling beat Villo and Kroc Dung in the previous races. Everyone beat Tony last year. But now Tony beat Dung goggles or no googles. So team tactics dont mean s*it..
Or was it a team tactic to loose his goggles? Wink
