Congrats,, hell of a ride.. Brown has done almost every form of off road racing on a motorcycle and done well in all disciplines.. I remember when he stepped away from moto it was to slow down and transition into a more laid back off road racing schedule.. It seems he races almost every chance he gets regardless of the series, and yet still can throw down with the youngins in MOTO..

KTM has a unique situation on their hands.. They have a guy in Brown that can ride any off-road events up to the outdoor nationals @ then through him on the second factory 450 beside Dungey.. It would promote KTM being the best all around off-road race ready machine. He brings zero drama, southern boy @ I'd bet he's a good tester.. Considering KTM being the off-road/GP king that's trying to make a huge splash on the stage its yet to concur, what would they have to lose?? All gain

Mike is the most complete, committed motorcycle racer I have ever met. He'll drive 36 hours to make a race, ride strong and then do it all over again. And he's been doing it for a long, long time. 24x8x365.

For all the nay Sayers "weak field" bullshit: brown would still been top ten If the injured "big 4" were on the gate.
If they were able to beat him.

Each lap he rode by I thought to myself "Wow, Brown is still hauling ass". Pretty damn impressive riding.

Is he the best overall offroad rider in the world?

I was impressed with Brown's second moto. There was no fluke in where he finished for the day. He was even pulling away from Shorty.

I remember in the second moto saying "wow Mike Brown is doing awesome and he's over 40 years old" to my girl friend. Some times it amazes me that the older guys can still race, the way moto beats your body up.

He schooled a lot of Factory Supported riders!
