I wish they would do that more often. That shit pisses me off when folks can't follow simple things like this. Stupid people don't even think about the next kid who no one can hear the name of.......

They can't follow directions. Laws, rules and directions don't apply to them. Ever. I live it every day. If you don't live it, don't bash me. Get a clue lady. While you were carrying on, the other students names being called weren't heard. How fair is that? Not to mention the commotion I'm sure you caused as they tried to escort you out of the building.

My sister in law would have been gone. They said they clearly ask them not to.

i agree with everyones thoughts, but i dont really think she should have been charged with a crime. Removed from the ceremony? Sure, I can buy that. But she is somewhat right, Im sure her daughter worked hard to graduate, and 12 years of schooling is a long time, her mother should be happy and scream..

I think it is annoying when people ignore common courtesy but I am sure it was far more disruptive to remove and arrest her than her cheering was. I am sure this decision was made by an overpaid average skilled principal.

I'm sure all the kids worked hard to graduate. As a parent of a high school graduate, I've told my kid how proud I am enough that I don't need to disrupt an event and ruin the event for the next kid who's parents didn't get to hear his or her name called.

Arresting her might have been a little much. A good taser shot might have been a better choice.

I am not going to argue the merits of something as silly as this. But I will tell you that there are a lot of people in "YOUR CULTURE" that could have done the very same thing.

What culture would that be? In my experience, it happens from a pretty disparate group of folks who only have rudeness as their common denominator.

And that's my point.

There are people in every race, economical status or "Culture" that don't follow the rules.

usually these types want attention. Really by doing this she took the attention she said she was giving her daughter and put it on herself. She even said "I went through too much".

I realized as the day went on that I obviously have latent resentment towards the several principals that I continually butted heads with as a youngster. I am sure most principals are highly skilled intelligent people. My wife's late grandfather was a high school principal and he was the most admirable man I have ever known.

The reason they arrested her is because they will need to have that in place when she contacts a lawyer.
Watch for a lawsuit trying to recover damages for "trauma and suffering" caused by her daughter seeing her in the police van.
If they didn't charge her that case would be a slam dunk.......as it is they will almost certainly sue and get some small settlement to keep it out of court.

The school told the entire audience that if they yelled out during the ceremony they would be removed.......she ignored that and got what she deserved.
Too many people in this country think the rules only apply to someone else.....wrong!
