I Received these last weekend at my worcs race, it basically ruined my weekend. Any ways you guys have any suggestion on a fast healing process. Or any way to prevent them?
I do not know of any cures to your injury, but I do know that if you run some good glove liners you will not have that problem. I've been running these for 15+ years and haven't had one blister since.

Prior to using liners I would blister on long rides. When I rode for a team in the '95 Baja 1000 they pretty much dictated that I wear a pair. I've not riden without since that day.

The other thing that helps me, is property riding technique...even with the liners, I still get blisters on my thumb (where the liners don't cover), if I don't keep my elbows up.
I dont get them very often, but I wear a thin palm and snug fitting glove (TLD or Thor)
The last time I got any was a few years ago and I found it at a medical supply company. I learned about this stuff in the 90's from Steve Lamson.
My hands looked like yours after every hare and hound or hare scramble I did....but with the liners, besides a small blister on my thumb (from when I get tired and start sitting down/dropping elbows to much) I haven't had blister issues at all.

Any special way to apply it for the 4 classic blisters across the top of palm right below fingers to keep it from wadding up? What width works best? 2", 3", 4"?
One of the best things, for me, when I'm riding is to have 2 or more sets of identical gloves. I'll go ride my moto, and when I get back I put my gloves in the sun, palms up. Since I'll usually race 3 or 4 classes, I have to make sure I have dry gloves for every moto. By doing that, my gloves will be dry by the next set of motos and I can use my other set for the upcoming ones
Being really picky about what gloves you wear also helps. Some people think that a glove is just a glove, but I've found that some brands/styles just don't work with my hands. Finding that perfect glove is a magical feeling.

I seem to remember Lammy going between his fingers vertically but that didn't work for me.
Use the lightest, most ventilated gloves you can find.
