Sounds like yet more excuses, and doesn't acknowledge my points.I thought they were fairly easy to understand tooHuh

The point is the Americans win, year after year, after year, after year, after year, after year, after year.

If the Americans won the World soccer championship year after year like they do the MXON, No countrys fans would say they are better than the Americas

The Americans win MXON year after year after year, that is the point. The Americans are better. Trying to say an individual is better in a team sport means very little..
I'm not disputing the overall win,I'm trying to explain individual performances, and Football isn't the best comparison, however since you mention it,that too is a team sport made...
I'm not disputing the overall win,I'm trying to explain individual performances, and Football isn't the best comparison, however since you mention it,that too is a team sport made up of individuals (except they all play at once and directly at only 1 team) the individual results within the teams count in that sport as a player needs to score a goal to win for the team, hang back and don't give 100% and you won't win,Team USA win year after year but wouldn't if their individual riders didn't give 100% at times,I think that's a fair point

I never saw Stewart's pitboard in that last Moto its be interesting to know what it said when Tedesco didn't come round in his previous position. To say Stewart would crash running Everts pace is a great compliment,I'm sure he'll appreciate that.If if both Ryans say they backed of in those Motos that's fine,Bagget's uncharacteristically poor results put a big dent in the teams chances (maybe Roger should of told him to go easy and avoid crashing?) and they may have regretted not giving 100% earlier, maybe not

There are definately times when settling for a place will do,however there are times when that extra place could be needed,as in the scenarios I've stated, just as an example,I find the contradictions confusing though saying the. MXdN is the only time we get to see which rider is bette, but then when some get beaten they're not giving 100% as its about the team, but that's all debateble I guess

Since you "Live " for these type of threads, maybe this one has made your day, even moreso arguing with some "Euros" here and not you're fellow compatriots Smile
"goal to win for the team, hang back and don't give 100% and you won't win,Team USA win year after year but wouldn't if their individual riders didn't give 100% at times"

That is where you are wrong. I am sure some of the Euro teams think the same way, give it 100 percent then crash. No, your thinking is along the lines of the Euros racing. Pin it to win it. But when the pin goes in your arm because you crashed, the team doesn't win. I am sure Bagget was giving it 100 percent and his results hurt our team last year.

No again I say I am glad we have Roger and that our team listens to him for the most part. Winning the MXON is not about having the fastest riders or riding 100 percent. It is about getting good overals and not crashing. But you are entitled to your opinion.

But if you are looking for the best rider in a series. Look at Musquin and Roczen. They were not dominant or the even winners at SX.

Now the "excuse is" they are motocross riders. Well guess what, we will get to see them at motocross starting at Hangtown. Like all of you Euros have said. They are world champs and the best and fastest the worlds got. Lets see how they compare to our local national riders. They better dominate for your sake or we I will be saying the FIM World championship is a farce and world motocross only happens here in America in the AMA,.Don't want to here excuses, it is expected that world champs should be able to walk all over our national riders it is expected no less. We want to see Roczen win more than half the races here and Musquin, they should be running 1 and 2 right since most of our fast riders move up very quickly? Lets watch and see.

Your words are often confusing over different threads,to be consistent with your comparisons, the FIM Championship here cannot be called a farce until a top American comes over and dominates it then,as you say the American riders are the fastest,
Osborne,Leib and Albertson are the only Americans who've raced here,Zach has by far had the best results and even after many of his own discredited him on here,he went back and impressed everyone with his speed earlier in the year, apart from many Euros who already thought the guy was fast and had previously stuck up for him

Until then how can we evenly compare who the fastest riders are? Not at the MXdN?:

I may agree with you there,"slowly slowly catchy monkey" as they say? but maybe not,I find it pretty confusing at times but personally think the fastest riders are from all different countries, hence why many who do well and even win your titles over there are not American, different riders are also better at different tracks,is Herlings the best in the sand?

Also virtually nobody has said Roczen (or Musquin) would dominate when they go over there and nearly every Euro says the USA will win the MXdN each year,I think you fabricate and/exaggerate a lot of "facts",for example tell me who it is that "expects" Roczen and Musquin to walk all over your National riders and who says they should be running 1 and 2 afterall its not me and I can't see it being yourself because you claim the Americans are faster

Looks like you were a bit hasty in putting part of 2strokerider's quote up as part of your Sig as unfortunately he's already correct as it won't happen if reports are true, gutted for RV,hope he's makes a good recovery

Drink that cool-aid all you want but I don't think AC or Herrlings stood a chance against RV, But now we won't know. You don't know because AC or Herrlings could get injured as well, which is why I said, we are still in SX, lets wait and see who is left standing by the time MXON comes up.

"Also virtually nobody has said Roczen (or Musquin) would dominate when they go over there and nearly every Euro says the USA will win the MXdN each year"

I am confused, you say nearly every Euro says the USA will win. In fact the reason I posted 2strokeriders post was to remind the Euros you say it all the time. RV the fastest riders had no chance against AC but has beaten him on a number of occasions, even Short beat him. Now there is just excuses. And 2strokrider is not true, just because RV doesn't show up means AC is faster.

Believe what you want but the Euros come over here and tell us how they are going to beat us every year. Maybe someday they will, but why do you continually come here and beat that drum. Every year it is something different, this year it was Americans can't ride sand as good as Euros, it is simply not true.

So lets see how Roczen does in AMA MX, then we will see who will be available to race MXON. We can speculate all day but the only thing that really matters in the MXON is which country has the trophy, last time I checked it was America.

If you'd quoted what i'd actually written (not just part of it) you would have noticed that it said that america would still be favourites for the team victory, but that there was no way RV and RD would dominate (over herlings/ cairoli individually)

You contradict yourself several times on nearly every post you put on here

Well since no pics have surfaced of Barcia's #20 bike for the outdoors yet, I'll have to dig back to 2011 and use Tickle for #20

And catching us up for today, Kyle Cunningham
