Every year Broc plays the Southern California Golf Association (SCGA) Amateur net Championships. First you have to play a qualifier. If you qualify then its off to the Championship rounds. The Championships are at Industry Hills this year.
Broc shot 5 under par in his qualifier at Carlton Oaks a month ago........ Carlton Oaks is brutal, seriously Broc 5 under....? YOU SANDBAGGER................!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! LOL.

Broc opens up with a 7 under par 65, Which he had to shot a natural 79 to do. He got 14 pops on the first day and took advantage of everyone of them. He shot an even par 36 on the back nine with 3 birdies......!!!!!!!!!!!!
If you take away his handicap, he shot 29 on the back nine.....LOL. You freaking SANDBAGGER......
I guarantee that this is right up there with any of his moto championships. Broc won this back in I think 2002 and tries to qualify every year. Last year He tried to qualify at Moreno Valley ranch. My buddy Jon took the final spot and beat Broc by a stroke ( I also qualified.. hehe ).
I spoke with Broc as we looked at the results wall last year and it was just like back in the day, looking at the results wall at the moto's. Only difference was, 34 YEARS ago he was a moto god to me. I told him that I still have the 1977 Banzai hill pic he signed to me at Hangtown, Small world it is. Now nearly 35 years later we are both like little kids ( Me very stoked and Broc not so much.... LOL ) looking at the results from the day.
This things means so much to him, that he still showed up at Industry Hills, hoping to be a alternate. I saw him on my way to my starting tee time and had a bit of a laugh....
So Finally he's made it back to the Championship rounds ( coughSANDBAGGERcough )... Don't choke it away...lol
Playing the Babe course today, its tighter then a bugs ass............... Good luck Golden boy.
Damm Sandbaggers............. j/k of course (kinda....lol) YEEEEEEEEHHHHHHHHHHAAAAAAAAAAAWWWWWWWW
More like a 5 or better.
Even par back nine with 3 birdies is freaking great, especially in a Major. Biggest amateur golf tourney in So Cal. I folded like a cheap lawn chair at my qualifier this year........ Yup he's a sandbagger....lol.

Also the reality of a mid handicap golfer is to have some big swings in scores from the days where it all works and the days it don't. when you have 20 stroke swings from great days to bad days it can make you wonder, if you're playing against a guy that had a great day on tournament day. My experience has been sandbaggers are the exception not the rule.
I've been on both sides of the fence and dropped some numbers and won, also have been left scratching my head.
Broc's a good example of that. If he played more, He would be a single digit handicap. but he can still drop a number on ya.
And yes Golf has tons of tight ass wimps who complain about everything.
A true handicap is only 80% of your normal scoring average so a guy who shoots 82 on a par 72 would only get 8 strokes not 10 , if you under your handicap more than once in back to back tournaments you do not have the correct handicap.
Breaking 80 on tough courses is no 12 like I said more like a 4 or 5.
I've played Industry Hills maybe 3 or 4 times on both courses it's no cake walk.
...I just had to
The only golf i watch is the masters every year, if the big tourneys are that exciting, i may have to tune in more, that was cool stuff last week.
Obviously I was kidding Broc... He's not a sandbagger. Although he's been playing like one as of late. He's failed to qualify for this since he won it like 10 years ago........
#4 on IKE pretty much wrecked my tourney last year, or should I say my swing on number 4. I love Industry Hills.
Pit Row
I have seen them cheering for other guys while you race.
He got beat up a little today on the Babe. Shot 88, dropped 4 shots and finished 5th overall in the tourney. Top 5 place, so good job..... Ya sandbagger. He had a shot to win with 4 holes to go and crashed....lol.
Seriously, what other sport does that. Could you imagine going to the basketball court and saying, yeah, you got to spot my team 8 points because that's our "handicap". Im sorry but a handicap is just a cute word for being shittier than the next guy. Lets call it what it is.
I play golf. I enjoy it. Im horrible. I have no handicap. Im fucking horrible. You beat me, you beat me.
No other sport I can think of has this sort of stupid system to level the playing field for those that suck and those that are good.
What a dumb sport. So full of so many ridiculous pointless rules. That's basically what golf is, a game full of idiosyncrasies and formalities that have absolutely NOTHING to do with the actual game. Proof? It's the most simple of all games, its a glorified version of putt putt golf yet it has a rule book thicker and more confusing than F1's. DUMB. SPORT.
Ever heard of Beginner, Novice , Amateur and Pro ? is that not Handicapping ? and just like MX when you hit the Pro's the sand bagging is all gone.
