I see your point... depends on the distribution/concentration of those towers in any given area. With that said, I travel pretty regularly and overall my verizon coverage has been better than my 3 month stint with AT&T. Also, with my 4G android device I average 18mb down, 10mb up, and a ping of at or below 50mbps. In Michigan, AT&T can't even get close to that (a friend has the iphone 4S in the heart of a major coverage area and averages only 3mb down and 2 up, and a ping around 100mbps).

And you took scooters comment wrong as well, he is questioning the fact that the initial comment was that the term
"turning" was in the post. When in actuality, the nation is already there.

A simple synopsis of today's society is that picture of Michelle Obama at a soup kitchen for the homeless. One of the homeless people was taking a photo.....with an iphone. Probably got pissed about the resolution of the photo afterwards.

The iphone 4/4S is available on Verizon, AT&T, and Sprint. Likely when the next one comes out in October that T-Mobile will have it too.

Personally I have both and switch phones on a regular basis (I manage a cell phone store), but overall prefer the Android phones.

I understand that, however, iphone 4S does not have 4G (but rather an enhanced version of 3G that they have marketed as 4G). That was the point I was making... regardless of who the carrier is. With that said, the Iphone 5 (rumored to be out by the end of 2012) will have real 4G.

Not to mention the irony of two guys complaining about someone unhappy with technology that is not used to it's full potential while voicing those complaints on the net using a computer undoubtedly from the warm confines of their home. I can only imagine if jndmx or scooter hit the send button and the their computer didn't do what it was supposed to do what their reaction would be.
