KR and DD are both great riders with a bright future. KR was pissed because he tought he had it in the bag and has been taken by surprise, big deal ! I'm sure they both laugh at it right now. You should too.

What about Barcia when he slid out in the final, Stewart when he lost traction and took off sideways, taking himself and Windham out, or Villopoto who slid out in his heat race?

Were they all rookie mistakes?
Yea but none of them are the 2nd coming and at the same level as Ken, Plus we all know Barcia is inconsistent, rides over his head, etc.......same with stewart....and RV can't even beat Herlings so....Ken is world champion and won races at 15. he is better than that....RC seemed kind of shocked that he threw it away like that as well.......Uncharateristic for a World Champ. DD was aggressive and then to taunt KR wasn't a great move, but roosting him but probably more of a reaction,DD is doing great this year,Bagget and Roczen have both had their problems and are down the feild, but Barcia went down when he made a bad start and may have pushed it too hard,a lot of top riders all fell

Remember this is SX and a specialty event,(for myself it's a sideshow until the Nationals start, skills appreciated) DD isn't in Kenny's class overall as I'm positive we'll see when the real MX starts outdoors,

When the race is over you need to control your emotions and not do dumb stuff like what Roczen did after the race. With that said I get he's very young and still has maturing to do.

His post was 100% accurate. If you try to start something with someone AFTER a moto, then you can't control your emotions how a professional should.
.........you people act like Roczen and his bodyguards went to Durhams trailer and beat him up or something. Dungey is too boring.....Barcia is a punk..... blah blah.............what a bunch of lapped riders around here. seriously................

So wait, Barcias 4 wins and a 3rd place is inconsistent??? the dude hasn't been off the podium yet? I'm confused.

Ken is a bad dude and he will do well here in america, EVENTUALLY. I get it that he's a world champ and won races at 15 and i respect that, but to think that he is gods greatest gift to moto since RC based off of that is just down right silly.

Not only that, but to say that RV can't beat Herlings is like saying Ken can't beat Durham just because he beat him in that heat and in the main last week.

Yep you're confused but thats because you can't spot snide sarcasm when it's laid out in front of you.....

I thought that Huckster's trolling shit post was the kind of thing Guy .B. declared war on on Monday. A short war perhaps?

Nothing about KR's little pissy roost on Durham?I thought it was great Durham didnt back down, there was nothing dirty there, just good racing.
Haha, I like Durham a lot more than I did before (which is saying a lot) after watch that race, particularly the last 3 minutes of it. Never back down, raised the level of aggression to the roof, and added some character/style that is becoming more rare (especially from the lesser known guys). I like Roczen equally as much being that he won his first [Euro] pro race at 15 and that he raced and did will not only in the lites but also in the SX class on a smaller displacement and heavier bike in his rookie season. I can see why he is pissed off at the end but he can blame himself on that one for not taking the same aggression to the table Durham did.

Anything can happen in SX,some very strange things,Roczen's doing extremely well considering on paper he's should still very much playing catch up on the grand scale as far as SX goes. He's grown up outside the US riding zero SX and gone straight into last years races very cold, and had injury preparing for this years series and has still pushed Barcia's times,he and Bagget have had some hiccups, ironically both Outdoor specialists.DD has grasped the PC ride with both hands and stepped up impressively so you gotta have some respect for 2 riders coming together from totally different angles

I'd put last weeks antics down to these guys still being young and keen, and pretty much heat of the moment stuff

Barcia should indeed be walking the series, but probably not by so much though with everyone else tripping up

As someone who watched DD from minis on up, I will say that he has always ridden with a certain amount of fun, flair and emotion. His nac-nac was not a shot at Kroc, it was just his way of saying "Hell Yeah !". In fact ,if you watch his go-pro video of his High-Point moto a year ago, you can hear him scream "woo-hoo " as he passed Izzi for the lead. He had done that sort of thing countless times at local races after a come from behind win, or a hard fought battle. And for the few Euros on here saying that DD doesn't stand a chance outdoors against Ken, remember DD led about half that moto on a full privateer bike, and he's always been a better outdoor rider than SX guy, in my opinion. So ...... Go Darryn !!

That was a superb ride, shame cos didn't he DNF in the end? He certainly made everyone sit up and listen and should be good value on the new Kawi,I still doubt he's be on the pace of KR but I take your point,he'll be around, certainly the way he hangs it out

Roczen is a great rider. But, he was a puss several times last year during the GPs. Even with massive leads, he would chase down back-markers after the race and get in their face. He punched Petrov after one race. As great a racer he is and will be, I lost some respect for those ego antics from last years GPs.

No
Actually he is.

You don't do what he does if you aren't. And it seems like an excuse is always used when he doesnt do well.

I understand the off race or the mistake which everyone makes. But him doing that to DD makes him a poor sport. You wouldnt do that if you weren't. IMO

Take the loss like a man, and come back better and stronger the next race.

take the loss like a man?

he's what? 17.. not saying what he did was preferable but he's a kid in a highly egotistical sport and Durham dented his ego by beating him then pulling a nac nac which kenny thought was an 'in yo face' move.. which we've realised wasn't, Roczen probably has too but at 17-18 you're a walking hormone which hardly ever lends itself to making a rational decision.. also remember he iz a German and they don't take too kindly to such things haha

but I cringe to think back on the things I've done in reaction to someone doing something I thought was 'in yo face' especially when i was a 17

I dig them both and love the energy they bring so I'm cool with both sides

So I guess you can't have fun being on the pro level. That's what people are saying on here? Just tell that to Wilson, Barcia, and the rest of the field for that matter......

sheds a little light on the psychology behind his roost thingy with durham: narcissistic and petty.

I cant wait until Barcia and KRoc butt heads. could be a rivalry for the ages.

Roczen had Petrov block him in many grand prix's while he was lapping him and finally lost his cool in loket or sweden i think it was. If you had a guy blocking you every time you were lapping him i think eventually you would get cross too.

Understood, but it wasn't only Petrov through the season, and in each instance seemed over the top in context of his racing dominance.

I am a Roczen fan, and I am sure that he will grow out of it. If not, he will get punted by American riders that aren't choir boys or know how to genuflect.
