"u should have came up to Indy with me so we could finalize the details.."--RC.......
."I'll just see you Monday morning bud..".....CR22
Obviously they are just playing around on twitter or talking about 22 in the booth. But when I think about it, maybe it makes sense. What is RC 33???

Dont know who it will be, but bet it will be someone who can be in the top 3......At that is a short list of names who are not under contract.
If RC became the riding / race craft coach for team 22 I would basically lose my load...

I noticed BT didn't race the Vic titles at wonthaggi today but his team mate british brad Anderson did. I would of thought if Honda had brad Anderson there who is a team mate and challenger for the title BT would of competed considering there is a round of the nationals there in 5-6 weeks.

News out of New Zealand is that Ben Townley will now head up Chad Reed's Two Two Motorsports effort in the 2012 AMA Motocross Championship.

The Carlton Dry Thor Honda rider was all prepared to compete in the full 2012 Monster Energy Australian Motocross Championship but with Chad Reed being injured and out for the AMA Outdoors season Townley has been offered the ride.

Although nothing is official and all parties will not confirm the deal, it is believed that Townley will compete in the first two rounds of the Australian series before heading to the United States for a crack at the AMA Championship.

It is believed there are a few negotiations to conclude with personal sponsors and a little bit more paperwork to be done but Townley will ride the AMA Series.

Today Townley is currently competing in the final round of the NZ Motocross Championships where he is odds on favorites to wrap up that title.

Stay tuned for official announcements to come

And I agreed with you, Ben is a real nice guy and a top 3 contender....sure no doubt he has had injuries in the past but thats because he started the season with injuries in the most part....he is currently at full strength and riding very well...a great fit at 22

That's comical. I'm not even going to ask if you've ever spoken to him.
BT is great with his fans, even the redneck hillbilly american ones.

Anyone know how BT went testerday in the final round of the NZ champs? Think he had only dropped 1 of 6 races before the last round. He will also be doing the first 2 rounds of the Aus MX nats so he should have the most MX race time under his belt this season in the AMA 450 class.

p.s. the only race he dropped was when he was knocked off in first turn and fought back from way last to 2nd...

LOL, at first I thought you just didn't know anything about moto but now I see your only a trolling tool
and you even hooked me.... damn

That interview is great. He answered every question, didn't dodge any and even voluntered info.

RV and Dunge could def learn a thing or 2 from BT on how to do an interview.

If BT stays healthy and IF BT is in shape he will be a top 3 threat. Two big IF's but they are true for everyone
and not everyone is a top 3 threat everytime they line up.

TwoTwo is a winning team who dosn't want to bother if they are not a podium threat from the get go.
Who do you think would be a better choice?

Now that everyone is calling you out on your ignorance and you've had a chance to think about it
Who do you really think would be a better choice or do you want to stick with Tickle?

PS
Bet Shortys stoked

And the Fox/Shift importer in NZ says this on facebook: Will be great seeing BT101 rocking them (Instinct boots) soon wearing his new Shift threads!!! Wahoo

Sad to see him leave Thor though... but should be exciting to see him racing in the US again!
