Unfortunately the human body doesn't evolve as fast as the speed of these pro riders, usually when they go down, shit breaks

Well hell...I've always been an RD fan, but now I'm officially a "Dungey Fanboy"...someone please just shoot me now! Running down RV last weekend so he was on the same section of the track when the checkers flew takes on a whole new meaning when its done with a BROKEN COLLAR BONE! And for the guys here running around with your hair on fire...this might not be a bleak as it first seems. If he only misses one round, there is still a lot of racing in this series...anything can happen. "Don't worry...be happy!" Smile
RV was kohsting.

But don't let that ruin your happiness. It was a great effort.
Ya, I know, he was coastin' the last lap or even 2, but not the 8 laps prior when Dungey was coming through the pack on a one line track steadily reeling him in. I'm actually a fanboy of all the guys out there, but I just love the heart in what he did in St. Louis. Makes me feel good about our sport Wink

It's going to take awhile for KTM to get a championship over here. This year they finally got their first Arenacross and Supercross win which was a good building block for them and honestly I felt that Dungey was gaining ground on RV and was going to make things interesting so yes I'm sad.

I think the "hate" comes from people like me giving MXGeoff and others crap for claiming world domination after one win.

Dungey was doing an awesome job, afterall it's their first real assult with a bone fide pilot in the class,I just fail to understand any "hate" for the brand, especially as they have basically re-invented themselves as a company and have a great new approach, its gotta be good for the sport,I agree its going to take time.As for that Geoff thread, people shoudn't take the bait in all that shit stir just like the retard noob's other thread, mind you thats easy to say sometimes I know
I don't think anyone really "hates" KTM for what Geoff and company says, it's really just ball busting between him and I. As for KTM I don't think they're going to be that upset when they look back on this Supercross season. They won races, will probably end up either top 5 or top 3 in the series and have a hell of a base to run off next year.

Hell, if Dungey couldn't come back at all I still think KTM would look at this year as being good.

Maybe they can make RV and JS start 5 seconds after everyone else to keep it exciting!

I guess I'll be the first to question this.

Plating a "cracked" collarbone? That's the weird thing about this. I go to the same orthopedic group as this Dungey guy and it took them 6 months to plate my collarbone that crushed into 5 pieces.

I agree with Doc that there is something missing here.

Rv gains one point
Stewie gains 24

and we still have a championship fight!
Problem here is RV could crash in the first corner, take a flight to Ireland, drink some Guiness, find a pot o gold, fly back, learn to play guitar, shoot some deer with Uncle, run a marathon (on his gimpy leg), pull into the mechanics area and jump on a 125 and still finish in 2nd.

That is a mega bummer. Is this the first major injury of his career? Might be. Knowing that he already had a collarbone last weekend makes Geronimo's photo from St. Louis even more impressive!

Supercross is a joke. This season is not an exception injuries destroys it every year. 450 is too much. Bring back twostrokes

I just have to say that at least he wasn't wearing a neck brace so we don't have to see pages and pages of people blaming that.

The series just turned into a snooze fest at the freakin half way point. Stewart is 2 full races behind. I cant even recall a time where the series was a virtual lock @ Daytona.

During the McGrath era. Even if he didn't have a huge point lead you just knew.

Wow its been a while since I've seen a knee dragger. Impressive for him to race last week on a broken collarbone.
