why do you guys think this? was he battling for wins last year? if so i missed all of them but daytona. and dallas the previous year. some guys just are better outdoors than in. now if next week he is still off, then ill say somethings up.

His results are a big disappointment so far. Even with a bad start he should move up more than tonight. Who knows?

i just dont understand his lack of good starts. i mean its like he is on the most dominant team and he weighs 128lbs. i think it is more mental with his starts where he is like last year in nationals and he is most comfortable hunting down and working his way up. well these short sx races (compared to nationals), there isnt that longer time on the track luxury.

Remember last year when he kinda laid an egg at the MXdN ... I just wonder if he's the type that can't handle high expectations. Maybe the pressure to perform is too much.

Anyone on a cheater bike better be battling for wins or they wont be there long. But since he kills it outdoors he will be fine

I'm sure nobody is more frustrated than Baggett. He's a cool dude. I saw him on the "inside the Outdoors" special. He works hard. Somethings up but speed has not gotten any coverage or interviews so were kinda in the dark of whats going on.

Ill probably catch it for saying this, but I truly believe the kid has far more potential than Dean. He was absolutely flying last year outdoors.

I think if he can get his head together, he will be one of the very few able to stem the rising and inevitable tide of the Bogle threat.

Honestly, I think the East is just stacked and others around him have stepped it up. On Saturday he was battling with Cunningham and Malcolm the whole main event for 7/8/9, just happened to come up on the short end of the battle. That probably would have been a battle for 3-6 last year. Who was in front of him? Barcia, who is on another planet this year. Roczen, who was on the west last year. Bogle, who was an amateur. Wharton, who in my opinion is faster in SX than Baggett. Durham, who was riding a bike out of the back of a flat black box fan last year. And Canada, who had the ride of his life. That puts him about where he was last year.

I think it's starting to look like the East was soft in 2011, which made guys like Sipes Baggett Larsen Lemoine etc look better than they were. I don't know, just my opinion but it seems to me that the competition is on a whole other level in the East region this year and maybe it was weak in 2011.

I think Bagget is more like a Tyla Rattray. Really shines outdoors and the longer the moto the better for him.
