Also, a lot of people have talked about his perfect season outdoors in 2008. I could be wrong, but in that season there was no RC, CR, RV, or RD for him to compete against. Just sayin.

The guy is worth Millions of dollars and yet STILL risks his neck each and every week to race.. With the kind of money he has he could easily sit at home and have people in the know make investments for him and still be making millions a year.. The guy has my respect for that alone. When he decides to hang up his boots it will be a loss to the sport IMHO..

If you're not going to race, just say, "I'm not going to race". Just seems like a more respectable way to treat the fans make it possible for a guy to drive a Lambo in the first place.

I'm not a hater, but, there was something recently about James that just irritated the fuck out of me. After his recent one win, the race where he managed to stay off the ground, his comment on the podium was "I was just riding around out there". Like, really? It's just so easy huh? Show some respect, say you put in 20 good laps, whatever, but don't belittle your competition with a statement like that, especially when you've sucked so badly in the other races. Flame away, but that one really made me think, what a douche. And, I like James.

In sports or racing there are times when you can stomp your competition and it can be shocking how easy it was, and on other days you can try the hardest you ever have and get destroyed by the same competition. When he said it felt like "I was just riding around out there" I think he meant when things are clicking it feels easy. If the other three winners have not said the same thing in any of their interviews I would bet there is a good chance they were thinking it, and know their competition knows what they mean. One year at the road racing ametuer national championships at Daytona I finished fourth and it was the hardest I had ever ridden a motorcycle, but a few weeks earlier at Roebling Raceway in Georgia I won and beat the same guys by 20 seconds, and it was probably the easiest race I was ever in.

Hannah, RJ and Bradshaw are a few that would have said a race was easy and meant for it to disrespect their competition and not give a shit what anyone thought, but I guess you would have called them douches also.

Now, I know this is a different forum, but the result should still be the same. We do have a few professionals (and parents/family) that browse here...all this rider bashing for your leisure either shoos them away, or prevents possibly future postings on here by pros.

Give the racers some respect. Let the guy spend money how he wants. Let him race how he decides to. MX careers are short...make the best decisions that make the most money. These guys are out there racing every weekend to the best of their abilities and to entertain us, the fans.
I've seen blatant bashing instead of having an intellectual conversation about what a person thinks is wrong.
