I doubt any would do it in-house. Lots of hoops to jump through for those baths.

Look for a local shop that rebuilds hydraulic cylinders. They should be able to get you set up.

I've yet to find a suspension shop that does in-house chroming, anodizing, DLC, or TiNi coating. You'll notice nearly every suspension shop offers these services, but they are sub-contracting your forks out to a local business that specializes in plating, which they usually make a profit from.

I've used these guys in the past and had great results

However my advice to you, find a local company that does plating. Go take a field trip to inspect the work they are doing and discuss what you need. I feel it's always better to stay local because if you have problems with their work, it's easier to take the forks in and show them what you are talking about rather than having to ship them back somewhere and hope they are cooperative over the phone or through email.

There are no local chrome shops here and I'm not trusting a set of works forks to the hydraulic guy down the street Cyg, he looks like you in your Avatar, only a little more Joe Dierte.Smile Last set of legs I sent to a plater over in Houston almost twenty years ago came back with triple plate bumper chrome on them! LOL

Look for someone who does Aero Space plating , I know they have Shops here that plate parts for Aircraft and the tolerances are much closer then you need.

You need someone who does hard chrome (chrome directly on steel), and centerless grinding.

Have you checked with Forking by Frank? I don't know if they do chroming or just sell replacement tubes though.
