Yeah he took all the blame which is what a championship contender should do. Everyone will point a finger and say he is done, but we all know he will be there weekend and weekout.

It was a good interview, but if that is all he has he's in trouble. He looked kind of spent, like he hadn't been training. He has a lot of work to do.

Either way if RV rides ever race like he did tonight he will win the title with a couple of rounds to go. That's just MHO.

You know P, I think youre right. I think the only issue he had tonight was fatique, and that can be fixed with some more work and its a long season.

(I still wish he woulda got the yellow bike, though)

Next week will be a good judge.

RV got the holeshot which was all important and checked out.

Lets hope they can trade some wins and make this exciting.

I am with you RV looked like he had another second to spare, he just flowed effortlessly.

As for Stewart, I still think he is that fastest rider on the planet, but every other race he seems to have a stupid brain fart, it is straight up embarrassing

James has always been in phenomenal shape, so I don't buy questioning the guy's fitness. when I watched the interview I saw some disappointment in his eyes behind the positive words and smile. He's got a lot of weight on his shoulders. This track was very weird from what everyone was expecting, so I'll be surprised if we see another runaway like that this season. I really hope James can rebound in the next few races. Kudos for doing the interview though. I really didn't think we would hear from him.

He better get it in gear. That fourth would have been ok, but you could tell that he tried to push it when he was in contention for the podium and I knew that was a mistake. Remember when Emig mentioned not having such a stiff setup because of the way the track was changing? I think that they may have made that mistake. He looked fine in the Heat, but as the track changed I don't think that they accounted for that change.

He did beat a the end of the main though. It may just be his time. He had to know what kind of shape he was in before the race. It's not like him to come into a series not ready to do battle.

JS7 will do better as the season goes along; as many others mentioned on here already, he handled himself well during the after race interview w/ Erin and I am sure he will be on top of the podium soon enough.

I agree with you, but I have a hunch that is not all that bubba has. He will be fine, I think he got frustrated with the track and not being able to use his talents on it because it was so easy (for them).

I agree with P. I was there and James just didn't look like himself at all. In fact a lot of guys in both classes looked less than comfortable. I kept waiting for James to drop the hammer and it never happened.

I disagree about the track being easy... it looked like a real pain in the ass track, IMO, and definitely hard to pass on.
