We have a 2003 Extreme Pit Pro 107cc mini and the problem is, it's sounding like it's fuel starved. Starts right up with the choke on and idles high. Once I take off the choke it won't idle and no throttle response and dies. Bogs. Went through the carb, cleaned it and the main jet. The needle hasn't been touched, ran fine before we parked it for several months. Also the bike sat with no fuel in the tank or float bowl. Put in a new petcock w/screen. Air filter is fine, no blockage in the gas cap vent hose. Thoughts? Thanks!

pilot jet/ pilot circuit is clogged. You need to take the carb back off and take it apart. Remove all the jets and blow carb clean through all the passages followed by compressed air. You might not think it's clogged because you did it once and it "seemed" clean, but there's still something dirty or clogged.

Soak the jets in a capful of brake clean over night. Use a jet pick and run it through there to knock out any crud, blow out with compressed air. Take a good look at the pilot jet. My guess is it's probably varnished and has decreased the orifice size which is why it's starving at idle for fuel. The choke bypasses the pilot circuit and bring more air in. Your best bet is to replace that pilot jet for $5, just take it to your local shop and let them find a match for you.

I would also recommend replacing the spark plug since you have ran it without proper carb tuning. Also, check and make sure gas is fresh!

A tip cleaner for a torch works well on most holes just dont use it to much in one hole as it will file it bigger. Also take a reg. piece of wire ,strip it and fold one strand out of it for the realy small holes. Good luck.
