Wow! Blind and inspiring. Micky, I always thought you were were cool when we used to race together in the old days at Saddleback, but the way you are helping this guy out is friggin awesome! I dig the fact that you tried to get his perspective by riding blind yourself....props to you!..........and to you blind guy: I used to think I was a decent motocrosser; but now I'm thinking, I am not worthy in your presence.

The blind guy is gnarley all the way around the guy has no fear I like him, I admire him...as for Micky he is a total duche for not trying to talk this guy out of it. Micky probaly just gave him one of his know it all long winded philosophy speach's like he does in his interviews..hopefully the guy clears the 100ft gap safely and calls it good.

I really hope he doesnt get hurt.

I also hope, that Micky is smart enough to tell him not to do it if he has even the slightest doubt he wont make it.

The guy can sense so much more of whats going on then we can so if he jumps blind and learned to jump blind its no different then any of us learning to jump with our eyes open. We learned our way, he is learning his way.

Wish him the best and I hope he makes it.

It would be an impressive accomplishment. I hope he does it and doesn't crash.

Though, I wonder if this guy in this video could do it, he can ride a bicycle. He uses echo location and I wonder if he could use the exhaust noise from the motocross bike to navigate or if the exhaused could be rerouted to the front of the bike. Would be interesting to see if it was possible.

I'm amazed how well he even rides a bicycle in a parking lot and now he's on an mx bike and that's cool to me. Anyone know how he did?
