He is a good rider to have on your factory team......he always gets good starts and can dice it out with the leaders later in the motos and help his team mates. He has done that as of late. He had two major injuries in a row the lase few years which slowed him down as of late but he still can get that good start. When I have seen him being interviewed he has been very polite and positive. He is enjoying what he is doing and believe he is a good person.

To a degree, Alessi is a tragic figure. Lots of hype and expectations. Unfortunately most of those expectations have not materialized. One thing is for sure, he's a gritty racer that will do just about anything for a championship.... ie) racing with a broken knee cap.

Best of luck to Alessi in his new team.
