Only $10 for all 2026 SX, MX, and SMX series.
he wasnt too hot in SX but turned it on for outdoors.
this year is going to be insane as long as no one gets hurt.
People talk like Davi sucks, which is such bullshit
I think he does alright and is a good guy. Took him some time to adjust to the Yamaha this year, but he had some good rides as the year went on. So, who else was there, really? People like to trash Davi, but in 2010 he finished 3rd in the SX series, 8th overall this year after a slow start on a new brand, finished ahead of Brayton, Tedesco, Wey, Alessi, Blose, Regal, Chisholm. ....who beat him? RV, RD, CR, JS, TC, Short and KW....who, out of who was available, can beat any of them and do any better?

Davi is really talented and never rode to his full potential in many peoples eyes hence his results while very good for most people aren't quite what people feel is the maximum of his potential.
The fact that he has had top three in Supercross and top four outdoors in chamionships shows just how much potential he has.
Saying that, he has had a lot of injuries too... and if it was easy to do what RV, Dungey and Reed do everyone would do. The fact is it takes more than just talent to run up there... and Davi doesn't appear to have all the pieces of the puzzle add in the fact he has had a lot of injuries, it isn't easy.
But he keeps getting rides because he has the talent to be one of those guys imo, and maybe this year he will be one of the main guys.
YOu have the main five guys, but in terms of talent and raw speed, Grant, Windham and Millsaps are as good as those guys... the question is can they ride to that level enough and be mentally strong enough to fight for the title.
Also, not being forced to live far away from your real home could play a roll in Davi becoming more of a consistent top 10 rider.
I would imagine that living in the Joe Gibbs North Carolina Bubble could add a undesirable stress dynamic that might actually back fire and work against the rider? Spending too much time with your employers management team probably wears on the Joe Gibbs team riders over time.

Davi is talented, but he he looks for excuses rather than persevering from them.
