There was supposedly communication (a 1st in SX) between the rider and pit personnel this past weekend at the MEC. Tony was prbly venting through the radio on how slow and what a road block Alessi was being and Alessi flipped off RD by mistake thinking he was by the pit aimed at Tony, just IMO!! well there is a big difference between racing for a position when you have a chance at that position, and being a road block and riding over your head and trying sad block passes to cling onto a position that the rider damn well knows they aren't going to finish in. Alessi ought to know where he stands in the field, and Alessi must have smacked his head pretty damn hard in practice to be thinkin he should be battling with Dungey for that postion. Also, it's not the first time I've noticed Mike all but pull over for RV but then start blammin and blockin when Dungey comes around, not sure why either.

Isnt Star raceing and Valli merging to become Team Rockstar? No Metal Mullisha involved. Two trucks, one for the 250s, one for the 450s? 250 team already filled out with the star guys but so far only Stroupe on the 450.

Heres something that i am pondering. Is it a good thing for Team Factory Kawisaki to have direct competition in the 450 class against there guys RV and Weimer from a very formidable (potentially) outdoor Kawasaki riding PC squad of Townley and Rattray?

Is Matt Goerke rideing in Canada this year?

i think jeff ward racing is going to be josh grant, and he mentioned kawi, however i cant imagine kawi giving bikes to PC and jeff ward's team.

suzuki, however, may go to jeff ward, since JGR stayed yamaha.

did mike kranyak and bubba get along? he is the other half of jeff ward racing. what if they hooked up with bubba, and got suzukis? maybe thats what is taking so long with bubba, he is waiting for the jeff ward racing team to materialize?

im still wondering why there are no 30 threads about this.

I heard that there was an issue with MM (Grant) not allowing a Rockstar Logo on his helmet. I think Grant has a deal with Shoei and MM. If thats the case it might come down to what offers are left at the end of the season. Not too many spaces left.
I wonder how many more seasons Lanza is going to want to put up the $$$ for disappointing results.

I swear Watson said monday night on Pulp that Blose had signed a letter of intent with Motoconcepts. Although he did seem not so sure if it was still good due to the Alessi news from DV.

Any word on what Phil Nicoletti is up to? He competed in the Australian MX Nationals earlier this year for the Aussie Monster Energy Kawasaki team; however, I haven't noticed his name listed with any team for the up-coming Australian Super X series, starting this weekend.

One rider that really caught my eye last year was Bruce Rutherford. He had the best results as a full blown privateer, two top 10 finishes, qualified for 6 out of 9 mains, and finished 14th overall in the West. I think we haven't seen anything from this kid yet. With a little support and sx testing/training program he could be top 5. Basically came out of no where and landed top tens last year!
