I actually think he was smoother. Watch him in Terrafirma 2 and make your own decision. The dude was sooooooo smooth on a bike it was like poetry in motion. I think K-dub is damn close Robbie was the king of smooth on a bike.

REYNARD (2) by teyblyy, on Flickr
Brings back a lot of memories. I used to watch him race 59th, when he was on Kawasaki. I always thought it was awesome how he mix-matched his fox uniforms. I don't know if it was because he was in a hurry putting his gear on, didn't do his laundry, or what, but it sure made me wish I had more than one fox uniform as a kid.

Funny you bring him up. After saving your You Tube channel to my favorites, I've thought about one old race I want to watch. It was a 125cc race that RR pushed RC. It was a great battle. Must have been maybe 98 or 99 but I don't remember what track. Anyone remember?

It was 98 Unadilla. RR really put it to RC that day.

robbie was before my time but i heard about him and saw him in all the old terrafirma videos

my favorite video of him was in the video "volatation" or whatever and him and guy cooper are tearing up cooper land

hearing him rip his cr250 around was ill...and so was watching Guy throw past flat whips on a ktm525sx in 2002 lol

My favorite rider of all time. Can't help but appreciate how easy he made it look.

LOVE that second video.

I bought that Fox gear because of Robbie in that scene. Loved.

Hey Tony, you know you can post more than one pic per post, right?

You've already well established yourself on the forum, no need to rack up the posts. Wink

Yes I am aware of that. The problem is that if you string a bunch together and someone wants to comment on a particular picture then when the "quote" that post you get this big long thread every time. There is a method to my maddness.

Rack up the posts? I was not aware anyone gave a shit about how many posts you have. Is there a contest I was not aware of?
