There would be no talk about what he was riding if he was fulfilling his contract with Yamaha. How funny is it that he now claims that Yamaha was contracted with L&M which he is no longer affiliated with (because he bought out his contract with them? or bought the team? or bought something besides police lights?) and POOF, he can now go ride whatever he feels like. As if Yamaha has the same interest (or pays the same price) if James isn't on the team and a Millsaps is. James screwed a bunch of people in this whole deal.

It seems just a bit sleazy to sign up for 2 years of big bucks and then try to ooze out of your obligations when you don't like the bike anymore. I am assuming he liked it at one point, otherwise why sign? Yamaha really got their money's worth on this one a 4th place in SX and then a bunch of bad-mouthing of the product. Let's not forget the injury-plagued 2010 either. Funny that contracts exist because a man's word doesn't amount to a pile of anything these days, but it seems contracts can't even force a guy to exhibit some honor.

I am gonna be there for whatever show there is. Sadly I am betting James is not gonna show. There will be some crap about not enough time on the bike or he has other obligations or some crap. Look for a new Rick James video soon I am guessing that is all he can do these days.

Event is very poorly timed. All the top dogs are changing brands, injured, or taking a well deserved break. It's not James fault he is not there unless he stays with Yamaha for 2012.

After 2011 SX he said he wasn't going to be racing because of something life changing that he had to do. He said the next time we seen him ride he would be a different person. I can't remember if it was in an interview or a tweet? I just wanna know what he had to do... serious question. Was it because he thought he might have to do jail time?

I just hate James so much I rounded up. Lol I hope he has his shit together for 2012 and races both series though. I just don't wanna hear how bad his bike sucks every time he takes a soil sample.

I wouldn't say nobody can beat him. I think RV, Rd and Canard can now run his pace. For 20 laps to boot. Reed has lost his mojo, but every time I count him.out he proves me wrong. I'm betting on RV keeping his title tho.

I don't feel James or any rider owes me a damn thing. Fans are morons they buy the tickets no one forces them to. You get to see what you paid to see everytime. I like seeing the best compete but if they don't show then I watch the guys that do.
