That said, RV had every reason not to get mixed up with him, and stuff happens on what everyone concedes was a slick track. But, of course, the obvious explanation is beside the point when relentless, unfiltered nonsense is the currency of debate.
he definitely has got the potential to be one of the greatest riders of all time. He's one of those talents that comes along every 10 years or so (RC, everts, Tortelli etc)

theres no need to discredit how well he rode at the weekend- beating dungey on a 250f and battling with rv is a pretty good ride!!! by anybodys standards. Same as his ride at the des nations last year. 2 years in a row now he has won the 250f class at the des nations with ease (against canard, baggett, wilson etc) he is the real deal, and will take america by storm next year!!

the RV pass was tough, but its motocross!

you certainly are!!! i just hope he manages to get through supercross in one peice (same with marvin) - both ken and marvin are amazing outdoors when fuly fit (marvin hasnt shown his full potential yet in america)

if both of them stay fit, then ktm could be in for a very good year in the states next year!

I agree he probably would have rather not of hit KR, but I think he tried to make the pass and knew it was going to be close.

Villo wasn't faster, Ken was trying strange lines in order to pass Herlings who was slowing him down. He imediately passed RV back and Poto only pased him when he had to go wide on the turn before the strart straight to avoid hitting herlings cause he was the only one jumping there. Lappers were harder on him too.

And I don't think he tried to take Ken down.

So RV wasn't faster than Ken, he just took lines that were faster than Ken which allowed him to pass him? Very logical excuse.

so no one of those that brag on how rv got to and passed a kid on a 250f.......as even looked at the 3º photo and how STRANGE rv2s wonderfull and fast technique looks in that pass........
imagine if by any crazy idea the kid would dream of trying to race and not get passed by all might the .......GROAT...???? would he be able to ride that bike without even being on it..........

LOL...so RV was slower (not faster) than Ken, yet somehow managed to pass him. How is it that slower riders pass faster riders?

The announcers in the video on the 1st page were making things up when they said that RV was running a laptime 7/10's faster than Roczens....and that he closed a 2 second gap in about a lap or two????

If ANYONE thinks for a moment that freakin KROC or Herlings can beat, or even stay with RV during a national race, they have another thing coming and are going to be sadly disappointed.
