As far as Reed goes, If he can't beat Barcia then what is there to complain about. The guy raced like he didn't want to be out there. Just going through the motions. That's not a Honda/Barcia problem but a Reed problem..
i've never liked barcia, but damn he rode good last week. hopefully he will do the same at southwick.
I mean, when I drive down the road, I expect other drivers to show a certain level of respect for myself and the other drivers. Barcia's aggressive and that's fine, I love watching him ride. but he has no right to get overly aggressive with the titles contenders at this point in the season when he is not vying for the title himself. I don't care if Barcia beats RV or Dungey, but he should do so because he's faster and not trying to block their way or cross lines in the air when they are riding next to him. He almost took Dungey out, and another foot over could have been the end of Dungey's season. I get that many of you don't like Dungey, but set your personal bias aside and look at this objectively.
RD still comes out looking like he's whinning.
RV comes accross as all business, all happy and...well...grateful.
Did ya notice how he had NO complaints about Barcia?
Maybe it's because he simply passed Justin and moved on?

We all know Barcia is well known for his antics even without Bailey or Weege to confirm his crazy riding, I would tend to believe Ryan when he thinks Barcia is riding in an unsafe or disrespectful manner, he has certainly earned the right to speak his mind just like you all seem to think its OK when Reed speaks his mind cause he earned it. At least we can stop talking about RD thanking his sponsors (a horrible thing to do)...
Its funny how Dungey fans do not put down other riders to show support and seem only to defend him but the fans of other riders use anything RD does to show how terrible he is and how good the other rider is forgetting how their rider acted or rode in the past in a much worse manner. Odd eh?
Anyway, its all overblown and the top riders have always taken issue with certain other riders on the track. In the old days Hanna would have popped Barcia in the mouth of ridden him off the track for that kind thing! RD is super ultra mild mannered compared to many other riders back then and now.
As for RD's whinning: Why is it that RV made "quick-business" of JB and, therefore, had NOTHING to Bitch about...?
I've been an advocate of RD and was amongst the 1st to take note of his speed at A1-2010. I'm just tired of his complaining about this kind of thing when he should STFU and RACE!
Also, I'm a bit disallusioned with some of the things he's done during his current "transitional-phase" that he's in. That last sentence will make a whole lot more sense in October...and thru-out 2012.
Any bets on his performance in 2012?
Riding over his limits as you call it is what got Barcia on the podium and to his SX title.
Or do we just have the top three in points race?
He did race. He passed Barcia and made his comments AFTER the race.
That's all.

Reed/RV speaks his mind and he's refreshing, Dungey speaks his mind and he's whining.
The pain stuff they gave me is Hydrocodone (sp?) & I even had them frop that down to 5mg to get rid of the "buzz".
Bouhght a beach-cruiser so I can still do something fun: I can't remember the last time I had "coaster-brakes".
My response to RD's complaining is: Why didn't you just make "quick business" outta JB and move on, like RV did; also, he's, ultimately, complaining about JB racing with the big boys and doin' it "his way" versus something RD would consider "more acceptable"...again...STFU and pass the guy.
So, the point is: STFU and Race. Focus on being in-front and until then...S-T-F-U.
And I'll bet you still don't get it.
The whole "luck" deal with Dunge started well before last year back when he was still riding the 250 class... a whole lot of things seemed to "go his way" then and on into his first 450 seasons. Not taking away from his ability or anything else, he just had a good run of hands dealt to him.
It is what it is.
