I know there' some laws on the books that prevent convicted criminals from profiting on their misdeeds through book, movie, or other deals.

But now that she's been acquitted of the death-related charges, could she write a tell all? And if she admitted some sort of criminal involvement in her baby's death, she'd be immune due to double jeopardy laws, right?

Crazy stuff man. I wonder where she'll be in 5 years.

I don't know about the immunity from future prosecution thing but there are already some media outlets that are saying she has a book deal in the works and of course a possible movie.

And you are right because she was aquitted she can profit from tell the "story"

Whether she is guilty or not it's disgusting that anyone would put money in her pocket at the expense of that little girls life.

Considering the public sentiment and the number of crazies out there in the world I wouldn't give a plug nickel for her life in the next 5 years.

A quick google search shows that Florida has a "Notoriety for profit law" on the books or better known as the "Son of Sam" law. I assume that means that she can't make any money from this. HOWEVER, she was not convicted of murder, only obstruction so maybe there is a loop hole if she did a tell all about the murder.

As far as your second point, you are correct. "Double jeopardy" would protect her but I bet the state would throw a fortune at trying to find something else to pin on her if she ever opens her mouth
