RD1 pointless sponsor?

Target shopping center? Whats the point in sponsoring someone thats not shopping? Do they even sell MX bikes? anyone else think its a waste for Target?

I think it's worthless for almost any company to sponsor a motocross rider. A 3' logo on a jersey, a 2" sticker on a bike, a mention on the podium that pisses people off.......etc.

Why would Lowes sponsor Jimmy Johnson? Do they sell Stock Cars?

I would be willing to bet that 95% of the people that were watching or attended the Budds Creek race today have shopped at a Target store at one point in there life. Why is it a waste to market yourself to your customer base? I never realized moto people don't need soap, shampoo, food, toys or TV's. All products Target sells.

There is an ad at the bottom of this page about Time Warner Cable Sports. They don't even sponsor racers.

Hello chief mcdaniels here of Dalton Georgia I am an avid motocross rider and long time fan. After seeing all these post on the sponsoring I just wanted to get the record straight on mellonhs. He is not in fact a swat member what so ever. He does part time gig doing mall security and has never even owned a dirtbike nor riden one. I don't know why he was say something so stupid with the falken tires but spare him a bit cause he is in fact retarded
