Man....all you guys bringing up the old MCM2 days...........those were good times! Staying up and racing all night long until the sun came up at the zone! I went by VDR_Kaw503 back in the day.

Still have a bunch of the tracks ( probably a good 1000 or so ) I actually have it installed on this computer to , but for some reason , I have some bad drivers or something , it keeps slamming me back to my desktop when I try to play. Re-installed it like 3 times....still a no go.

Scottie....Remember my team mates Tomato , Tystyx , Roger and Rich? I know you remember Rich unfortunately. I always had a great time racing with the AUS , TD , ect..........man those were good nights!

Jeff, i still talk to Gary (Tomato) fairly often, he is good people! remember what a nut Tystyx was LOL and the VDR msg board was fucking hilarious. Good times! still miss it every day.

Hey, read more carefully. I didn't say it was faked, just commenting on how perfect it is. Amazing luck. And yes, to stage that video, the ending would have needed more than one stunt actor. Scary stuff.

What if the guy had ridden around mid pack for 5 laps? But no! The video is a perfect storm of events. The camera follows Brandon perfectly( Brandon is never out of frame!) and he falls to the back of the pack making him even easier to follow. Just enough narration, Great mid-lap crash and remounts quickly. Then the big finish with apparently no one hurt. All in one lap. 1:32. Perfect.

I just knew that ocscottie sounded familiar. I started checking vitalmx couple weeks ago and kept thinking where it came from. MCM2 baby! The best online motocross game to date. We had tournaments, laptime recorders, custom content. Shame that it died because Microsoft stopped supporting the Zone.

Brief bit of history on me. Started on ERT as BMXer9. Spend some time on team NRA and then moved over to DBR under the name ALA_KAZAM and later just Kazam. Organised tournaments for MCM2 and made tracks. Remember racing budderbean, kobra and a lot of others.

Does anyone know if MCM2 functions properly on Win7? Should get some racing going. Might actually try to use a gamepad this time. Always used keys to race back then.

Those mcm2 days where the best ! This bring back some nice memories for sure. Still think it was one of the best games ever produced. The sound of the bikes actually was better than on todays games !

Man.....I agree Jonon.....I miss those old late night MCM2 races at the zone. I'm trying to do a new computer build now because this old one I have now won't let me play certain games or anything any more.( big water cooled rig ) I've tried different video drivers and so forth....and MCM2 boots back to desktop 5 seconds after I start playing. tried reinstalling the game like 5 damn times.....still nothing.

I still have like probably 700-900 tracks I bet!

The good old Zone days... we all had some epic nights of racing, that sure was a blast. They need to resurrect the gaming zone style lobbies, and the ability for user made content again.

there was a guy on here not long ago looking to get a group of people together to start racing again on mcm2

the zone was awesome and with the amount of tracks and gear and mcm central.... good times.....

i've got a older desktop and got it to run on xp, and will let you use a 360 controller with a little receiver available off ebay for about £7
