Yea I hate seeing the race (highlights even) the same day as they happend....

This blows, I have the right to watch the races live since I pay $44 for cable every month

When will they realize that my life is more important than anyones and actually give me exactly what I want every saturday, regardless of other sports or contract obligations!?!?!

I need to hire a programmer for my DVR to program my DVR so I know when to record moto1 or live moto2 or next day moto1 or live moto1 but not moto2...what a mongolian cluster....mess. Would it be great to see all of the racing live...yup, gonna happen...nope, why???? $$$$$. Did you see the great coverage of the USGP on TV? Yeah, me neither. Like pop said, "it is what it is". Personally, I'm just tired of settling for what we get...not what we want. Guess we just need the MX Channel.

The coverage is fine

...but you have to admit it's pretty bogus that other countries get to watch the 2nd motos live...and I'm not blaming MX sports for that.

Cant you just set it to record all new episodes of any given show? Thats what I did with mine. Set it once, then double check each week to make sure its got it covered. I think the coverage is great, and with all the info we get online and whatnot, I find myself not quite as excited to get online and check things out. I still get excited, but I usually breeze right through everything, and skip plenty of videos. Everything just seems like its all the same. The things I look forward to most are stories about privateers, and people you never hear of. Just my 2 cents though.

I though it was good, a full hour for just one moto. Just a few hours after I watched the first moto live on speed.

Just watched the Indy 500 and the "side by side" was pretty cool as they went to commercial they kept the leaderboard and racing action on the left side of the screen during the commercial.

Its about time things worked out for us Aussies! As mentioned we saw the second motos live with no commercials lol. The only thing we lack here is the first motos on TV. It's ok if you don't mind getting up at 2am to watch on the net but unfortunately there aren't even torrents of these for anyone that likes to sleep. Sad that only hardcore fans get to see them here.

I don't know.. I watched the first motos live on Fuel, in HD. Had lunch, played hide the salami with the old lady, and watched the second motos on Speed in HD...

I'm not gonna bitch. Used to be we got lucky to see any races at all, or at best they were 2-3 weeks after they happened, or even worse, they'd get bumped by some women's basketball game.

I'll take the commercials. Hell, they're the reason the show's being aired in the first place.

You're right, we used to be lucky to see them a week or two after the event. Hell, in the 80's I remember watching the USGP on ABC a couple months after the race and I thought that was pretty cool. Do you think the improvements we now enjoy came about because everybody said, "I'm not going to bitch because we're lucky to get to see them a couple weeks later" or do you think the improvements came because enough people wanted an improved product? It's fantastic that coverage has gotten better but that doesn't mean there's not still room for improvement. If we just took what we got we'd be watching Hangtown today and we'd get Freestone in a couple weeks. I know Speed has to pay the bills but crap, last night it seemed like they'd just get back from another Progressive commercial and show 3 minutes of racing and then we'd be back to another Progressive commercial. There does appear to be a new excellent colon cleanser out there called Colon Flow that looks very promising though and is looking for test subjecs. I'm eagerly awaiting my free 30 day free trial!

For anyone to be complaining about the TV coverage during these nationals is just plain stupid. What we used to get squeezed into 2 hours we now get 4 hours. We now get to see the full motos instead of just the 2nd. Coverage is awesome and the only thing that could be better is every race live. Look where we were 10 years ago and look where we are now. Quit complaining.

I watched this live in the UK and couldn't believe the number of times the US coverage went to ad's ( not in UK)
BUT what really pissed me off was the section - in the middle of the race FFS! - where Hanna retold some ancient history, re some race in the 60's(?). HOW BORING DO SPEED THINK AMA RACING IS , THAT IT NEEDS THIS?
