It's Martin Davalos in the air, and Nick Paluzzi keeping it low.

Jumping into the Texas twelve. Sweet. That jump got so blown and rutted last year Reed would hit it so hard that it looked like he was busting through it rather than launching it. Pretty cool to see up close.

Last year the wall had a huge rut through it, and the riders were pinning it for the little gap in between. You're right, it was *through* it. Fast, but scary.

WOW! This make the table top I'm clearing every week look a bit pale to say the least.

By the way, it has already been answered, but to point out, "Stewie the Second's" bike is all black I think (I'm tempted to make a joke here), so it couldn't be him...

Sweet, can't wait for Sat. Been a couple years since I've been able to make it out there, and this will be the wife's first outdoor national so we'll see how it goes. Nothing like a Freestone national to initiate her into the world of outdoor professional motocross in 97 degree weather.

That jump is insane though. didn't it used to be more of a stepped mini dragon's back ramp instead of a straight up ramp?

There's a little single on the backside of it. I think it may be changed to something that kicks them over the lip, and they'll drag race *to* the whoops, rather than jumping into them. At least that sounds like what the plan is for that section. It was cool to be able to check it out this afternoon in that form as well.

So far the weather's warm, but definitely not the meltdown material of the last few years. I think it is supposed to warm up a bit for the weekend, though.

Supposed to be windy and high of 97. It'll feel cold compared to last year and the year before with the breeze and wind cooling the riders down.

Can't Wait!!

YES!!!!!!!!!!

They had the big roller put in but they put another one in before it because people were jumping into the whoops like that. I guess they're letting them do it this year?

It is HUGE. Coming off the Cemetary Hill table (biiiiiiig) and pinned into the whoops is sick. It's downright disgusting how fast they come through that section. PUMPED for this weekend!

Another photo from the year before last!

It's funny... that's the exact same moment that you can see GuyB take the picture shown above. In other words, the photo that Steve posted is part of the video that you posted.
