and allisports for that matter...

This coverages is worlds better than anything weve ever seen on Speed. Nothing but racing, no long delays between heats or any of the other things that frustrate us during live SX coverage.

The pre-race show was legit! On par with any other sport. For once I felt like MX had the look and polish of the other major sports.

I cant tell if its that Weedge and Emig are so good, or Im so relieved to not have to listen to Ralph.

As soon as were able to watch the 2nd motos live, the coverage will be perfect......well, maybe when we get a lil practice coverage it'll be absolutely perfect. But all in all, I cannot complain at all.

Throw in the excellent "Motocross Files, the superb "The Moto" series and then the post race highligh shows and Fuel is really delivering for us fans.

Web issues aside, you'd have to think they will get those ironed out at some point. The fact that theres live streaming for those who dont have Fuel. We're talking F1/MotoGP type quality of coverage right now. And in those sports you have to PAY for live timing.

So I'm assuming the audio problems are only the webcast. Seems so stupid they don't have a spotter that can call into the tech guys and tell them it's broke!

I would like to say the same but i dont have fuel tv on comcast.Sad

I thought it was great coverage and a great race. It would be nice to have both motos live but I can't see MX ever getting a 3-4 hr block of live coverage. I'll take what I can get and be happy.

Did we just get a mini-episode of the MX Files as our intermission? Fuck, it doesnt get any better than this.

And now Canard in the booth.

Im so stoked. Even the little things like the way the scoring ticker across the top is done is perfect.

This is what happens when you keep motocross in the hands of motocrossers.

Watching the webcast I notice they start the music to go to commercial breaks all the time but we stay with the racing. If they fix the audio issues you may actually be better off watching the webcast as you don't miss anything. Those commercials have gotta suck. All 4 motos online would be awesome.

I enjoyed that webcast with no announcers better than anything so far.....and the cameras were great.....and the slow mo instant replay was superb.....just such a joy to watch that. Thanks DC for looking out for us lovers of the sport.

What we have is great but please don't put this coverage on THAT pedestal. Formula 1 live timing is free, all you have to do is sign in on Formula1.com. A lot of countries also show the entire F1 race commercial free (because that's how big it is in those countries). The coverage was great but it's far from a 4 hour block of JUST live moto and moto filler.

We still lost our second moto's to a non points paying NASCAR All Star race on SPEED. Let's beat the U.S. motorsports gorilla before we try and tackle the world motorsports gorilla's.

according to TV, we're only gonna get the 1st moto live the rest of the year.

i guess i'd rather get 50% of the race but 100% excellent coverage than the crap we get with SX. given time, ya gotta figure that sooner than later we'll get the whole race live.

i dont understand why the 2nd motos arent streamed live tho.

^^^dismembered, ya gotta admit, thats the first time in this sports history IMO, that our coverage has been at the least comparable to other major sports. especially when you take into consideration the other programing (mx files, the moto, highlight show, pre-race show) its a pretty big deal for mx right now. i have no problem comparing it to the other sports coverage we get here in the states.

Here in the states yes. But getting in to F1 territory is like getting in to NFL Football territory on U.S. Television. The future certainly looks bright though.

so if i understand correctly, we wont get live video streaming of 2nd motos...

but what about the live radio streaming? do we still get that?

on the links page, it shows 2nd motos are on speed. obviously that aint happening today cause of nascrap but can we expect to get the 2nd moto live on speed in the future?

The coverage is nowhere near F1/motogp, but that's ok for the size of our sport.

I just hope there is online audio for the 2nd motos, fingers crossed.

Hmmm, you guys get Fuel in HD? I've got Dish Network and they only have Fuel in standard definition. What little bit of coverage they provided was great. It really sucks that they don't broadcast the second moto's live, either audio or vidio for that matter.

Yeah, I get Fuel and Speed in HD now with DirecTV where with Charter I didn't get Fuel at all and got Speed in standard def and the audio on the supercross races was absolute crap. This Fuel broadcast was the best I've ever seen.

Best I got for the opening round was some horrible french justin tv. Alli was down. Comcast hates motocross. Thanks to the guy who supplied the usa with coverage of our own nationals. Yes we suck. We know.

Speed can eat a dick. its nothin' but car auctions, hillbilly car shows, lame nascrap themed gameshows hosted by a flaming michael waltrip, and shitty pseudo reality tv. an absolutely crappy channel speed has become.

i wish we had motorstv here in the us. i wouldnt even care if it was in french, i been meaning to learn that language anyways. fuel, motorstv, fx (so i could get its always sunny in philly) and the nfl network and thats about all i need.
