In the model tested, the box included: a set of Hustle MX goggles equipped with chrome lens and a nose guard; a spare clear lens; a soft cloth baggy for the goggles and a fit system tool (a plastic flat blade screwdriver).

The Hustle comes with an extra lens, protective bag, fitment tool, and nose guard.

The Hustle comes in many colors and designs, ranging from simple and clean to wild with many color combinations on both the frames and straps (10 frame and strap designs/colors for 2013). Ranging from your standard solid colors, to splattered, paint spilled look and futuristic line designs, enough to be sure you'll find something to fit your taste and match your gear.

When first slipping the goggles on they fit very snug inside the Shoei that I typically wear. The frame is fairly basic and doesn't have any wild design features that cause it to hook or bind in most helmets like some goggles. The foam is triple layered and lays fairly well along the top of your head creating some of the best sweat resistance I have experienced. The foam along the top and bottom of the lens is fairly thick, stopping small sand and particles from entering the lens area, but also allowing enough air to flow through to keep your face cool and keep the goggles from fogging.

After heading out for a moto, I noticed a slight problem: I was getting too much pressure on my nose and it felt loose around my lower eye socket allowing debris in slightly, so I stopped and tried out the fitment system feature on the goggle.

You can use the Scott fit tool to adjust the dials through the four settings. (note: lens does not need to be removed for adjustment).

Usually, aside from the strap, goggles don't allow any real adjustability. This is where the fit system comes in. The small plastic adjustment dials located inside the goggle frame along the bottom (one on each side below your eye area) are numbered with four options. The dials turn a plastic nub that adjusts the bottom and nose area of the goggles to adjust fitment.

After flipping through all the settings, I found that the number two setting removed the pressure from my nose but tightened the fit below my eyes to the snug fit I wanted. I was surprised how much of a difference the small adjustments in the fit system made (note: Make sure you adjust the dials to the same number or you will end up with an off balance goggle).

Scott has some of the best goggle foam in the business.

Unlike most goggles, where the tear-off posts are built into the lens, the posts on the Hustle are actually removable by unclipping them from the inside. Why would you need that? So you can put on a set of roll-off canisters without needing a different lens. Most roll off systems are built into a lens and can't be removed or swapped into new lenses if the others become scratched or damaged.

Some goggles do allow for more vision along the bottom and nose area than the Hustle, but this is in part due to the smaller frame size, which allows it to fit better in most helmets than some larger goggles. Nevertheless the Hustle offers great peripheral vision. Additionally, the removable nose guard is and great addition, and while snug, does not stick too far out of the goggle's frame.

Overall, the Scott Hustle is one of the best goggles I have used. Lots of little features, with great fit and foam.
