Looks lean to me. Air / fuel ratio, not oil ratio.

^I was going to say lean also. Most of my plugs are browner than that after one hour. The whitish deposit where the ground meets the threads makes me worry a little. I'd try moving your clip down one position and see if it makes any more power (it may). Your plug should go a little darker after that.

Another vote for lean…recent rebuild? Is that Apex suggested jetting? I have an Apex head on my 2001 YZ250…I used their suggested jetting right on the $ for my Mx tracks….agree with Falcon, on the richer clip position test. That needle is leaner than what they suggest?IMG 4781.png?VersionId=hzM FQhnr
