Short summary, a one-piece lower bar mount is a good fix to eliminate twisting. A one-piece top mount helps, but a one-piece bottom is far superior.
We've since come out with our 4-post bar mounts that are not one-piece, but still eliminate twisting. They're lighter weight, adjustable feel, and allow access to the middle of the bar for various accessories (steering dampers, etc.) that wouldn't work with a one-piece mount.

The XC gear mounts work well, but they're bulky, heavy, and allow a lot of bar movement. You'll gain a lot of comfort, but lose steering precision. That works well for some, but not for others. Depends on your needs, what kind of riding you do, etc.

I thought would be able to feel a difference in steering input with my XC gear mount, but i can’t. Feels relatively the same. Very good with the vibration and arm pump though.
That design is very cool, I may go that route. I was wondering why there wasn't a one piece bar mount for the KTM on the site. Makes sense now sounds like the 4-post is the way to go.
On different bikes I've tried the MX Bonz and Ride Engineering 1 piece bar mount uppers.
Both did reduce the likelihood of twisting the bars but did not eliminate it.
Right now I'm using the Zeta aluminum bar mount inserts that replace the rubbers (I only used the solid pieces on the bottom leaving the rubber on top). Been riding with it for a few months and it seems to work better than the 1 piece bar mounts for keeping the bars straight.
I've heard the OEM handlebar rubbers should be replaced often, and that's true, they do get loose over time, but I still think it is a design issue as within the first few rides on a new bike I twisted the bars by hitting an awkward rut too hard.
I run Luxon on both my clamps and bikes. Have tipped over as you do in corners and had some start crashes on the heavier side. A few other collisions with bikes on track and a few normal crashes on my own. Stuff you hurt a bit, but you walk it off.
I have never had the bars or bar mounts twist, until I did a 40mph heavy crash over the bars in a jump when bike cut out for me. The top piece bent 2mm and I had to replace them. But that was a heavy one that knocked me out and keep me from track for 2 weeks.
So I'm extremely happy with the Luxon ones.

Bike cutting out like that is my worst fear. Do you know what cause it?
Cut out was maybe wrong word, it died but it was due to me tapping rear brake.
I was running rekluse torque drive clutch plates and while the clutch gets easier to modulate and bites better (awesome for starts) I have noticed a tendency to kill the engine when braking. My guess is, it's a bit to grabby and very sensitive to if you don't pull the lever far enough in when braking.
I threw it out now and back to OEM clutch.
I have the Luxon M10 4 post mounts on my 450RX and I am 100% thrilled with them. They reduced vibration considerably, and seem like they would be really resistant to twisting (have not tested that yet).
Billy makes some amazing products, but alas, no clamps for my bike yet.
