Carb help!!

My Sususki bobber has some weird shit going on. It acts like the float is stuck and the needle isn't seating, but then again, the needle and float are obviously doing something since the flow of fuel stops....then starts again. Not sure wtf is going on. Anyone got an idea?

Definitely seems weird it’s coming out the top lol but is your gas tank venting? Does it flow with the cap off?

I thought the same thing, that video was taken with the cap off.

Is the overflow hose plugged? If that’s plugged then it’ll just back up into that vent.
