2023 wp shock bladder failure

Ok guys need some help.  It's not kyb though.   I installed a 24 wp bladder on a 23 ktm 250sxf the last service on this bike. I have installed multiple of these exact bladders.  Now I service ld the same shock and now the bladder keeps blowing out the circlip that holds the blader cap in place.. I'm stump on what is causing it.

Inspect the circlip groove and the part of the bladder cap that rides on the circlip. If either one is damaged, that can cause the clip to blow off (only fix is new parts). Also, use a new OEM circlip, and when you install it, do so with the sharp edge facing outwards.
