What is a YZ 490 worth?

I can’t get a pic to load, but I have an opportunity to buy a late 80s YZ 490 that looks to be in pretty good shape from a distance. I’m guessing and 87 or 88. 
 

Any thoughts from you guys?

Whichever works. 
 
Believe me, I’m not a Yamaha fan, and wasn’t impressed with these at all, but thought if it was clean some collector of boat anchors might want it.

I have seen these in the Northeast for 2500-3500 depending on condition. You have to really be a Yamaha guy to be into these…

I actually went and could get into see it closer.  It’s going to be in an auction. 
it was pretty rough and was seized up. 
 

it’s have to go cheap to be worth messing with.

Are they paying you to take it?  I had a 1986...that thing was evil...horrible suspension, horrible jetting (impossible to jet properly with the air cooling), vibrated like an out-of-balance washing machine, but fast as hell.....
