That is the rematch I'm pretty sure . The first fight was stopped without Liston ever going down . He didn't come out for a round for some reason. Edit : yes Liston's corner stopped the bout before the 7th due to a shoulder problem with Liston . The remach was the infamous 1st round "phantom" punch .
