Hi, I have a 2007 CRF250R and I have had to replace every single bearing. But, I bought a new, used linkage and installed bearings, when I went to install it on the bike and when I went to torque it down it gets really hard to move. It does also only have the swingarm attached and no shock. What could be the problem?

Compare linkage to your known correct linkage, make sure it’s the same linkage… if it is, make sure the bearings are pressed in to proper depth

Your reply was read and made sense. I deal with “trolls” all the time in my FB groups and the fact you did not reply with further information and just a “thank you” is indicative of time wasting trolls.
So, next time, follow up on the advice given or state you have have been busy and couldn’t check out the linkage and if you want to say TY, add that to your update.
Besides the information posted above, make sure you are not installing the link upside down.
