I’ve only ever had Yamaha’s and liked the package of graphics D’Cor puts out for the Star Team

My first purchase in 2019 was easy & quality was good.  Bought a second set of graphics years later & not so good.  Size of numbers were smaller and they partially Peeled after only a second ride.  Wrote in to customer service and was given excuses.

Decided to buy a 2025.  Ordered a seat cover only to have the gas cover material not long enough in the sides to be able to put the staples in.  Wrote in again and again more excuses.

They said their product is die cut overseas and can’t make custom size.  However they already made the main seat body a custom size because I ordered longer sides to cover my taller seat foam from guts. That part was excellent.

Wondering if it’s me, or anyone else have this problem

I don’t have a solution to cover my gas cap and Danny at d’cor doesn’t seem interested

 any help would be appreciated.

Hmmm. I've only ever had good luck with those guys. Try calling and asking for Jeff Nolan. He's a long-time employee and seems to go the extra mile. Hopefully he's still there.

Jeff was awesome!!!! Google says he’s been gone since March 24.

Seems it’s been less customer service based since then.

Thanks for your response.

Guts is Awesome, and I wanted to use them, but they said they don’t offer anything custom, which I understand.  D’Cor said they’d make a custom design which they did, they just didn’t make the gas cap cover wide enough to get staples into the plastic.  Then when I asked them to send another one that was long enough they said they don’t make custom covers.

Something very weird going on over there.  Just my impression is that they messed up and aren’t willing to own up to it.

Might just go with ShopEnjoy or Guts since they provided the taller foam.

Hi Scott, I looked back through our system and didn't see any recent purchases. Where did you get the seat cover from? This would be the first time we've ever had a complaint about that part of the seat cover not fitting. As you said above, we make the seat covers for Factory Yamaha so our patterns are very good. You can shoot me an email at jake@dcorvisuals.com with some pictures and I'll see what I can do.

Well here is no2 then. Fitment of the seat cover is the worst i ever experienced. Oem is like 5 minutes to install and this ive been working on for hours but it just wont fit as good as it should. Creates a big gap between the tank and seat and wrinkles.
