This isn’t a criticism of her at all, but more so of the users here constantly being horny over her. She looks like a child. I don’t get it. 

Yeah over trained Alden,s program is better for stocky guys. Lean guys get burnt up. Pic shows his cheek bone area real thin. Sign of ovr training or working. The 7 day push of massive hrs . My face is all peahed & upper body so pumped up that it hurts more than an auto wreck. Whirlpool,sauna, ice baths and eating like a pig . Just to catch up on nuritment.
