Mixing C12 with LL100?

Anyone do this? Any reason not to? My nearest ethanol free station only sells 87 ethanol free fuel. I've always mixed mine with 93 pump gas but very leary of it unless it's labeled no ethanol now. Aviation fuel is easily accessible to me, and a lot of guys run it straight. I was just wondering if there would be any downsides to mixing with it...

You will more than likely be better off mixing the C12 with 93 even if has 10% Ethanol.
Only if you have gone very aggressive with your timing, compression, and or squish would the 100LL be beneficial.
We are talking two stroke correct?

Yup, was just trying to keep a consistent blend running through it. Ethanol is a mortal enemy of mine. HATE IT!

Avgas works pretty well for a direct replacement for shitty ethanol pump gas. I ran it in my 05 CR250 with no jetting changes. I run it in a YZ465 too. Both bikes started easier and ran cooler. You can really tell on the YZ how shitty modern gas is for a 2 stroke.

Don’t get me wrong, I’m not saying pump is better than avgas. I’ve run avgas for years.
Started out running it straight, then started mixing it with pump 93 E10. Wound up at 60/40 93/100LL ran the best.
Since then I have tried many of VP’s fuels always with great results, VP113, T2, VPR...
And as of now I’m currently running Sunoco 260GT, it’s 100 Octane and Oxygenated to the same levels as pump with Ethanol.
Runs almost as good as the VP fuels, but cheaper.

I just transitioned my recently purchased 17 125SX from C12 to 100LL. Works great, and I can't tell a performance difference. My wallet appreciates the change though.

Don’t run AV gas. AV gas is designed to burn at a slow rate due to planes running at a much lower RPM rate than your standard 4 stroke dirt bike. You are also better off running fuel without ethanol. If you are able to buy VP u4.4 and mix it with the 87 ethanol free fuel you will get the best bang for you buck, make more power, and not worry about the negative effects ethanol has. I currently mix u4.4 with 92 ethanol free. With 87 mixed 50/50 with u4.4 it will give you close to 97 octane and 3.75% oxygen content.

I keep my empty VP metal cans and fill them up with 92 ethanol free from Buccee. If you are going to store fuel use metal cans as plastic is will lose octane and go bad faster. The closest Buccee to you looks to be in Dallas.
