2001 kx 250 front wheel offset

Just laced a new excel rim and spokes to the stock hubs. All spokes were same length, trued wheel. Once mounted its not centered , this doesnt appear normal , any advice? Stock has longer spokes on non rotor side outer but excel is all the same length

This is from my 98 kx250 measured from the disk side in CM. I hope it helps you.

LOL.

Loosen the spokes and center the rim in the fork.

Lol. I always tighten evenly. Start with 3-4 threads showing on all the spokes, then tighten in 1/4-1/2 turns at a time
