i have a 2007 rmz 250f with a pr2 motor in it pretty new low hours. what would casue my ehaust vaule to break?

Maybe over revving or just needing for the valves to be adjusted

What's PR2 say? My bet is not what you wanted to hear.
"Low hours" are relative. You might consider 20-30 "low" for stock. 2-3 could be living on borrowed time for a full race build 250F.

no i had about 2 to 3 on the bike i have not called pr2 yet this engine was giving to my by a sponsor brand new . just seeing what some opions are had a few practices and 4 motos

When the seats aren't cut perfectly concentric the valve head flexes everytime it seats. Most common cause of failure.

Also if guides are worn out... and sometimes out of a 1000 you get a defect valve and are SOL.

just wondering, were your exhaust valves shadowing the pockets on the piston?
