ok recently my top end seized up so i had to get it repaired, i had to have the cylinder bored to a 56.00mm (stock is 54.00mm) i installed a wiseco .80 piston. so i put it back together and added a new twin air air filter while i had the seat off, well now i went ridding today to break it in, after 20 mins of riding i blew a spark plug, so i put in another new plug and about another 20 mins i fouled that one to, so i put it away for about an hour then went back out put another plug in and fouled that one, so can anyone help me out here?

im running br9eix plugs, 50:1 oil mixture, and the bike idles perfect when started with a fresh plug..

heres the bike engine setup if it helps

wiseco .80 piston
56.00mm cylinder
bills racing pipe and silencer

How does the bike run? does it have a bog before you hit the power band? 50:1 is a pretty lean mixture, thats probobly why you seized the bike in first place. try running 40:1 with a BR8EIX plug, and if that doesnt work, rejet it. there is a slight chance that this is electrical, but that's unlikely.

the 2000 RM125 had a plated cylinder (unless it's been sleeved). Did you have the cylinder replated or just have someone bore it out? If you just had it bored out and it isn't a sleeved cylinder, you'll have to get it sleeved or send it out for replating (plated cylinders cannot be bored...it removes the hard coating and then your rings are riding on bare aluminum.

If that's not the case, I'd suspect that either the air filter has way too much oil in it, or the powervalve wasn't reassembled correctly.

I had that same bike, loved the power and the way it rode but will never buy another 'zook in my life because of the problems I had with that thing. Suzuki part # 09482-00509... try running this plug! It is the oem plug that came in that bike, not a BR8 or BR9EIX. While those are great plugs, Suzuki has used their own special plug for quite a few years and in most cases, if that plug is not used, the bike will not run correctly. It is an expensive plug, usually around $30, but I would highly recommend running it. Not only for the fouling reason, but I have heard of some cases where people ran the standard plugs and it either fried the electrical system, or the ground electrode breaks, bounces around top end for a bit and completely destroys yours cylinder.

Not the problem here, but the sparkplug warning should be heeded.

If you don't want a plug fracture destroying your top end, go ahead and use any other of the analogues.

Your rebuild sounds a little "Heinz-57".

As always, there would appear to be pieces missing in the puzzle.

My son had a YZ85 doing that a few years back.
It drove me nuts

I checked everything including ignition

Turns out it was the Reeds
They looked good but they were cracked out of sight under the plate near the screws.

Changed them and it was fine.

by the way, where did you get the bill's pipe, because their sight has been down forever, and i wanted to look into a pipe for my bike (ive seen others with them). how does a bills pipe compare to others, is it focused more at one point of the powerband?
