NOS Acerbis front disc guard: $161

I'd love to have this for my 89 rebuild but the price is insane. Don't know what the seller was/is thinking.

Hope somebody with some good 3D printing skills & equipment starts making these very things for sale in the future. I don't care about the NOS "specialness" I'd just like a good quality repro for my build.

A few years down the track people will probably wish they snapped them up when they were 'only' $160.

i saw those too. I have been looking for a set for my 88 rm 250, lower fork stantions have clear peeling off, I remember hearing the kx guards also fit my rm, but not going to pay that much for them... 100.00$, maybe, no more.

I think I was the guy who lead this horse to water. Pete is right, once you get so far gone you need the proper parts or it's all for not in your mind.

We shall see... looks like someone else bought the second one (none left).

US 88's had 43mm forks and single piston caliper
US 89's had 46mm forks and dual piston caliper

May still work.. these disc guards weren't exactly form fit.
