I'm all for it. I travel alot in my business and I can't count how many times I've been moved out of my lane by a trucker on a cell phone,,, They don't seem to be as professional as they were in the 60s or 70s......

Circumstances are certainly different in Wyoming then they are in New York City.
I don't understand why they would not allow hands-free devices.
They are no more of a distraction then talking to a passanger.
The big problems I see are texting and now internet surfing while driving.
Until they come up with some voice operated way to text then there is no way to do it without being distracted.
