Finally made it to the public beach just north of Three Arch Bay. God damn, you fuckers in OC are lucky. No cigarette butts in the sand or smell of urine in the air... now THAT'S classy!

My old man owned a small house in the three arch bay community for about 10 years....

3bdr, no more than 1500 sq ft.. beautiful house.. I don't remember exactly but I believe he sold the house for ~1.3 million in 2001.
