Hey this is Tommy P. Rupert's son. With the bike question i would go with an eastern traildigger. I have a Verde Spectrum and have some upgrades on it. I have had real good luck with my Verde other than the stem, its crap. Replace it quick if you buy one. Eastern's are quality. All of my buddies who have them seem to be happy with them. For fun here is a video of me on the Verde http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mKuO3zS_gi4 this was last year about three months after gett5ing into bmx

Get a 24 inch bike. Just for trails, it is way smoother and just as responsive as a smaller 20 inch. In a park though, it is a little bigger and you can tell the difference.

go to 3:08 and watch this if nothing else!

It is amazing what some people can do on two wheels.
