Antbody get the new model tcx? I had the 2010 model, great boot. It ran a little small in size. Do the newer ones still run a little bit small? I want to get a new pair but the booty seems to make it fit a size small. Opinions ? I wear a 12, should i go to 12.5 or a 13? The 12 s i had were a bit too snug.

just a thought, but once they get good and broken in the 12.5 should fit just right if the 12 is a little too snug. when i bought my first set of tech8's thats what i did and all was good.

12.5 should be good in the tcx 2.1, but i have a chance also at a killer deal on tech 8 or tech 10 s, do alpinestars run small, big, true to size I heard they run small? And alpinestars do not have half sizes.

if it were me, i'd swing for the TCX boots over the A-stars. Alpinestars top of the line boots' quality jsut doesnt seem to be on par like they used to be. Ive seen buddies burn through a set of tech10's in one season. To me thats WAY unsat for a 600 pair of boots.

tech 10's right on, how do you like them? I bought a set of the Jett J1's i cant wait to get home and try them out, 2 more weeks man.

They feel good man, snug, but with time on them, they should be good to go!got the white ones, almost to nice to get dirty lol.keep me posted on those jetts, kinda curious on how they are. Welcome back bro.thanks for doin what u do!

Yea man i love the way the 10's feel, they are just out of my price range. I tried a set of the Jetts on before, they felt really good, plus i got a good deal i paid like 250 for them in white. Im stoked to try them out.

Yea their not cheap, but i don t penny pinch when its on helmets and boots! Plus i gotta a pretty good hookup to save alot. If ya need gear, parts, bikes! Holla, i give you a phone #., unless youhave. a hookup.

TCX hooked me up HUGE on some Pro 2.1's. I bought the Comp 2's a few months ago and they completely fell apart (plastic breaking, buckles no good), so they sent me out a pair of Pro 2.1's. LOVE them. They do fit a little snug. But not too tight. They make the boots bigger to compensate for the booty. I know that because my Comp 2's (without the booty) were a size 9 and fit perfect, and the Pro 2.1's are a 9 and also fit perfect.
TCX is the real deal when it comes to customer service.

Sorry to bring up an old post, but I checked this thread out before I picked a pair up last week. Wore them for the first time at Elsinore yesterday and man, these are easily the best boots ive ever worn. Way more comfortable than my Tech 10s! Felt like I was wearing tennis shoes (comfort-wise) than I was a moto boot. Very comfortable, really good buckles, look great, good pricing... im not surprised that im starting to see them more and more at the track.
