I dont think he is quite ready for the big bikes, he seems to be a little out of control at times and you can see he is riding above his head trying to stay up front, kid is showing some good skill, but too wild at times. I think next year, he will be maybe even for the outdoors.

maybe if those starts had translated to results, but it seems like he is just getting some experience and learning things. Lites will be a good "restart" to the season, I hope he does well.

I think he needs to prove he can stay on two wheels for 8 whole rounds of 250's before he steps up to 17 rounds on the 450. His main focus this year shouldn't be winning as much as he should focus on consistency. So far out of the 3 rounds he's really only finished 1 without an issue. A1 crash out. Phx 6th A2 i don't know what the issue was but by the end he was just rolling around in 20th.

One out of two maybe, but beating "The Crafty One" will be a tall order.

I say yes only because he is only running 8 rounds and will not be a factor in the championship.

Even if your teammate is leading the series and is right behind you and you are only a part timer before your real job starts up?

For sure. Pullin over is not racing, and even defeats the purpose of racing. At the end of the day, this isn't a team sport, and your teamates will not help progress your career or give you experience. To run at the front one needs to practice running at the front. Not the mention the fact that a brother's gotta get that paper.

Running up front like he has for a few laps probably doesn't hurt his sprint (raw) speed any...

Hey I'm all for "getting your papers" and running up front with the big boys to gain experience. And I'm definitely not hating on the guy either. I just thought it was interesting.

As soon as team orders manifest themselves into an easy pass or a block on the track it ruins the racing.

If I think for a second that a rider out there isn't giving it their all to win I lose both interest and respect.

I see what his problem is, he's riding around staring at his front fender.
