Its important to have support of your family and friends. Go slowly and build up your stamina/strength before you let it all hang out. Also make sure you ride a bike that is safe and in good repair that fits your skill level. A little progress at a time is best IMO but most of all do it if its fun and the rest will fall into place again. Have fun and be safe!

Seat bouncing? Impossible! Can't be done and soon many will tell you so even though they don't ride and if they ever did they could not seat bounce because its not possible..Smile Advice to you, don't ever ever again ask about the seat bounce, and what ever you do don't ask a pro if suspension adjustments can make a difference in the seat bounce cause he will lie and tell you that yes it does make a huge difference, which is of course impossible because it does not exist. FAIR WARNING!

??? when i was on 80s, if i was having a problem getting over a big jump, i would stay siting on the bike until i was in the air and then i would start standing up in the air and it would always help on the big hard to clear jumps that there was alot of. and at one of my local tracks, there is 2 tables and there is some dude that comes down riding a quad and he doubles it. its sick and im going to try it really soon.

65s and 80s 15??? man you have a long way to catch up...You really got to step up your game...i say that if your a short guy then at least get on a 150r...If your taller the get a 250 thumper or at least a 144ktm...Go out to your local track as much as possible...When you ride dont take any breaks only take gas breaks and keep on going...Get into shape start excercizing. Start practicing pre load poping, whipping, and scrubbing..Record your lap times and try to go faster and faster each lap...

Seat bouncing is an easy...All you got to do is right before your about to air out of the face of the jump (the time that you usually preload), lean towards the back of the seat put all of your weight on the rear and pull back the front end a little...Then use your legs to pump back up right before you leave the face of the jump...Heres a video...Its shows rear breaking technique but it has a little seat bouncing action in it.Gary Semics Videos should help too.

No, The wheels will just spin. No air movement to lift it off the triple............
